Make launch quality a build condition.
The same deterministic audit engine runs on the web and in the local gate. It emits stable JSON, exits non-zero at your chosen severity, and can layer your own DOM, header, text, and route rules on top.
Local gate
Audit a preview or production URL without creating an account. Use --json for CI artifacts and --fail-on to set the merge threshold.
curl -fsSL https://get13x.dev/13x-cli.mjs -o 13x-cli.mjs
node 13x-cli.mjs https://preview.example.com --fail-on warningGitHub Actions
Put the URL in a repository variable named LAUNCH_URL. The check downloads the versioned public artifact and fails the job when the threshold is crossed.

env:
LAUNCH_URL: ${{ vars.LAUNCH_URL }}
run: |
curl -fsSL https://get13x.dev/13x-cli.mjs -o 13x-cli.mjs
node 13x-cli.mjs "$LAUNCH_URL" --json --fail-on warningRules as code
Keep organization-specific launch requirements beside the product. Pass the file with --rules ./13x.rules.json. Custom results are reported separately and never distort the public readiness score.
